SCO outlines new norm of int'l relations

Five years after its birth, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has outlined a new norm of international relations aiming at ensuring the equal rights for all countries worldwide.

SCO summit concludes with set goals for closer co-op

China's leading newspaper Friday hailed the success of SCO summit, saying it concluded with set goals for closer cooperation to achieve common development among member states.
