NEW YORK, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted Volcano Islands, Japan region at 20:46:28 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 30.3 km, was initially determined to be at 25.44 degrees north latitude and 142.64 degrees east longitude. ■
