HAVANA, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- At least six people were killed during a major power blackout after Hurricane Oscar hitting Cuba over the weekend, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel said on Monday.
The storm caused severe damage in the eastern province of Guantanamo, the president said in televised remarks. ■
