HANOI, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's real estate sector has regained stability in 2024, Vietnam News reported Friday.
In 2024, the number of real estate businesses resuming operations exceeded 3,227, an increase of 42.2 percent compared to 2023, Vietnam News reported, citing the General Statistics Office.
The number of dissolved real estate businesses declined significantly in 2024, totalling 1,300.
The Vietnam Association of Realtors said the country's real estate market in 2024 had passed its most challenging phase, and is now on a path of recovery.
The association forecast that the market is unlikely to fully recover until all obstacles are addressed and investor confidence returns. ■
