S. Korea's ruling party says acting president not allowed to appoint new constitutional court justices

SEOUL, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- South Korea's ruling People Power Party floor leader said on Tuesday that Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, the acting president, can not appoint new justices of the constitutional court, where three justices are vacant, multiple media outlets reported. ■
