TOKYO, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- An explosion at a factory in Aichi prefecture, central Japan, left one person unconscious on Friday, local media reported.
At around 4 p.m. local time, a series of emergency calls were made from a factory in Takahama City, Aichi prefecture, reporting an explosion sound and the smell of gas, the public broadcaster NHK reported, citing the local fire department.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, one person was found to be unconscious, the report said.
The local authorities were investigating the accident. ■
