KABUL, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- Police have rounded up 25 criminals across Afghanistan over the past 24 hours, the Ministry for Interior Affairs said on Thursday.
The arrested individuals were involved in theft, armed robbery, murder, smuggling and illegal hunting of birds, among other criminal activities, the ministry said.
The caretaker government has vowed to ensure law and order in the war-ravaged country. ■
