NEW DELHI, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- At least 11 militants were killed in a gunfight with government forces Monday in the northeastern Indian state of Manipur, officials said.
The gunfight broke out in Borobekra sub-division of Jiribam district, about 231 km west of Imphal, the capital city of Manipur.
Reports said two paramilitary troopers of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were wounded in the stand-off. ■
