BEIJING, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted south of Fiji Islands at 1922 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 29.0 km, was initially determined to be at 26.67 degrees south latitude and 176.57 degrees west longitude. ■
