BRUSSELS, April 23 (Xinhua) -- The European Commission said on Wednesday it would fine U.S. tech giants Apple and Meta a total of 700 million euros (about 797.7 million U.S. dollars) for breaching the European Union's (EU) Digital Markets Act, marking the first non-compliance decisions under the regulation. ■
