BEIJING, April 10 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted Easter Island Region at 0526 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 29.41 degrees south latitude and 112.18 degrees west longitude. ■
