NANJING, March 23, 2025 (Xinhua) -- The 2025 World Athletics Indoor Championships concluded in the evening of March 23. The "climax of indoor season" features some 700 athletes from more than 150 countries and regions. Pole vault superstar Armand Duplantis clinched his seventh senior global title, while Grant Holloway won his third consecutive world indoor 60m hurdles victory. The Chinese athletics team wrapped up with 1 silver and 1 bronze. Chinese women hurdler Wu Yanni broke the national record with 8.01 seconds in the semifinal and team China made the new national record in men's 4x400m relay final.
