MOSCOW, March 3 (Xinhua) -- A fire broke out at an oil pipeline after "a massive drone attack" in southern Russia's Rostov Region, acting governor Yury Slyusar said on Monday.
No casualties were reported yet, Slyusar said on Telegram, adding that emergency services were sent the site. ■
