JERUSALEM, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- A projectile was fired from the Gaza Strip but landed inside the Palestinian enclave, an Israeli military spokesperson said Wednesday.
The details were under review, the spokesperson said in a statement.
On Monday, the Israeli military said it struck two sites in Rafah, southern Gaza, after identifying an attempted rocket launch from within the enclave.
The incidents took place amid a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, which took effect on Jan. 19. ■
