PARIS, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- French public television channel TF1 reported that an explosion occurred Monday morning near Russia's Consulate General in Marseille, south of France.
Reports by Russia Today said that unknown persons threw containers with incendiary mixture into the garden of the Russian consulate. ■
