KIEV, Feb. 4 (Xinhua) -- At least five people were killed and more than 40 others injured in a ballistic missile strike by Russian forces in Ukraine's Kharkiv region on Tuesday, regional Governor Oleg Synegubov said.
The missile hit the town of Izum in the region, and partially destroyed the Izum City Council building, another administrative building and several apartment blocks, leaving 24 people hospitalized, with three, including a child, in critical condition, said Synegubov on social media Telegram. ■
