TASHKENT, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Uzbekistan exported peppers worth 8.9 million U.S. dollars in 2024, the country's Statistics Agency said on Monday.
Last year, Uzbekistan exported 6,400 tons of peppers worth 8.9 million dollars, according to a report posted on the agency's website.
Among the countries importing Uzbek peppers, Kazakhstan ranked first with 2,300 tons, followed by Kyrgyzstan and Russia with 1,400 tons and 835 tons respectively. ■
