KABUL, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- Afghanistan's police have discovered and busted a drug lab during an operation in the country's capital Kabul, a statement of Kabul police headquarters said on Saturday.
Police discovered a lab, which produced Tablet-K and other objects used in manufacturing heroin during search operations in the Police District 9 of Kabul city, the statement added.
No one has been arrested in this case yet, the statement said, adding the investigation was underway to find those involved in the black business.
The Afghan caretaker government has vowed to fight against illegal drugs, drug production, and trafficking across the country. ■
