JERUSALEM, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) -- The Israeli military confirmed Thursday that it carried out airstrikes on Yemen's western coast and inland Yemen, saying they struck Houthi targets.
Earlier in the day, Israel's state-owned Kan TV, citing an anonymous Israeli official, reported that Israel launched intense airstrikes in Yemen's capital Sanaa and Hodeidah, targeting Houthi sites. ■
