BELGRADE, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) -- Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric outlined the country's foreign policy priorities for 2025 at the opening of the Ambassadors' Conference in Belgrade on Monday, emphasizing Serbia's commitment to international law, European Union integration, and strengthening global partnerships.

Addressing Serbian ambassadors, consuls general, and mission chiefs, Djuric said 2025 would mark a celebration of the principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter, reaffirming Serbia's position as a strong advocate for international law and the equitable treatment of all nations within the global community.

"Serbia will uphold the principles of respecting territorial integrity, sovereignty, equality, and fairness in international relations," Djuric stated.

Commending Serbia's pursuit of a multi-vector foreign policy, Djuric said the country will continue contributing to peace and stability in the region, preserve and strengthen its traditional friendships and enhance relations with China. At the same time, "we will not lose our relations with Russia or any other country in the world," he added.

Djuric also emphasized the foreign ministry's efforts to bolster Serbia's national positions.
