MOSCOW, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- An explosion in a Moscow residential building has killed two people, local emergency services said on Tuesday.
"The explosion happened on the first floor of a residential building located at 2/1 Ryazansky Avenue. Two fatalities have been confirmed so far," a spokesperson for the emergency services told Russia's TASS news agency. ■
