NEW YORK, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Kermadec Islands, New Zealand at 20:57:12 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 49.1 km, was initially determined to be at 30.59 degrees south latitude and 178.27 degrees west longitude. ■
