NEW YORK, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted 224 km SW of José María Morelos, Mexico at 19:40:58 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 18.49 degrees north latitude and 106.91 degrees west longitude. ■
