It is worth noting that Uzbekistan is the first country in Central Asia to host the conference on creative economy, according to media reports.

The conference is organized by Art and Culture Development Foundation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, United Nations Trade and Development, World Intellectual Property Organization, with the British Council as knowledge partner.

The event will be attended by more than 2,000 representatives of the world of culture and art, leaders, artists, innovators, politicians and entrepreneurs from more than 80 countries.

The report said that the conference will include a number of events, including a ministerial meeting, an exhibition on creative economy, seminars, workshops, presentations and others.

The first World Conference on Creative Economy was held in 2018 in Bali, Indonesia.
