HONG KONG, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted 136 km S of Isangel, Vanuatu at 0512 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 30.6 km, was initially determined to be at 20.77 degrees south latitude and 169.36 degrees east longitude. ■
