Young entrepreneur starts business on producing pickled bamboo shoots in Liuzhou, S China

Yan Qianqian, now 29, and her father Yan Jiantiao founded an agriculture company focusing on producing pickled bamboo shoots, which is an important ingredient for the popular Luosifen rice noodles.
