BEIJING, April 24 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 299 km NNW of Hanga Roa, Chile at 07:35:05 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 24.55 degrees south latitude and 110.22 degrees west longitude. ■
