BUDAPEST, June 25 (Xinhua) -- Hunter Armstrong of the United States won the men's 50m backstroke title in 24.14 seconds at the 19th FINA World Championships here on Saturday.

Poland's Ksawery Masiuk took silver in 24.49, followed by Italy's Thomas Ceccon in 24.51.
